Pre Concert Video

You know that video that is shown ( almost) every year before the concert start Who picks it and if the fan have a say to giving a idea of one? Cause if we the fans can give ideas I have one that is nice for the pre concert Video.. here is my video http://youtu.be/XgHXaCO5wbEits not mine so I would think Tommy or who ever might want to ask first..
