Gee, I have the title. Anyway, many of you have probably know of the current EULA's that some companies like Sony and EA have created. These EULA's, amoung other stuff many would consider unfair, contain mandatory binding arbitration, which, in other words mean that whoever signs them (anyone who wants to use services like PSN) denny their wrights to legally sue the companies for any wrong-doing the companies make in their services.
Adding up to this, if people wish to cancel their services contracts, they can only do this by traditional mail. With this, these guys prompted to do this free of charge for everyone who wishes to.
