Anybody have any sensible answers? I am now just planning all my journeys etc.

According to the announcement bulletin on the front page, the festivities start at 5:30. I'll be standing there looking out of place by around 4:45-ish though. Can't get a reliable coach from Manchester any later.

For some reason, the announcement says the preshow for L.A.'s ocation starts as late as 7:15. Is that right? That seems pretty short.

An hour is the usual length of time I think. The London show gets a bit longer because it's part of a bigger games festival thing. That's all theories though.

I believe pre-show starts one hour before showtime.
I suggest being at the place 30-60 minutes BEFORE pre-show (or an hour and a half to two hours before showtime).
It gets crowded, a lot of stuff going on. Get there early and get to the head of the line so you can be inside and enjoy the entire pre-show.
