Okay, consider the following facts:
1. Tomorrow is the release of the first of five episodic Monkey Island games by Telltale Games.
2. June 15th will see the release of a Special Edition of The Secret of Monkey Island, and according to LECSteam @ Twitter (http://twitter.com/LECSteam), August 25th will have the same for LeChuck's Revenge.
3. The LucasArts Games Twitter (http://twitter.com/lucasartsgames) has revealed that the classic adventure game catalog will be coming to Steam, starting with the the two Indiana Jones adventure games and Loom, among others to come.
4. I love Monkey Island and I have bought tickets to the Cincy show all three times it has been scheduled.
Tommy, if there's any chance to change the setlist at this late date, the LucasArts medley must be revived for the Cincinnati show at the end of the month. PLEASE.

Monkey island music would be great! Though maybe not fit for a symphony orchestra setup.

A Monkey Island medley was played at the second Symphonic Game Music Concert opening the Games Convention in Leipzig in 2004, so it can be done.
Also, not especially relevant, but VGL is now responsible for the Leipzig Games Convention opening concerts.

Actually there is already a Monkey Island/LucasArts segment in VGL, however it was only played once I believe, in San Francisco (if my memory serves me well) where it was complimented by the presence of several of the composers who worked on the various LucasArts games. As far as I'm aware, it hasn't made an appearance anywhere since.
EDIT: Actually, I'm wrong, there is actually a dedicated Monkey Island piano segment that was first played in Lisbon back end of last year. Video of the perfomance (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtuDJdOoazg) Its got the main theme and the chapter start theme, but is crucially lacking the LeChuck theme.
Here is the LucasArts medley played in SF (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp6cVT_1kfc)

That LucasArts medley with the composers you mention has been played at least twice actually - the 2006 Hollywood Bowl concert featured it as well.
I was making a point about full symphonic arrangement though, so I didn't bring them up.
I'd presume if it's a relatively new addition to the lineup that the chances of Martin's Monkey Island bit being performed at revisited locations are probably quite high.

Tell me that this (http://www.viddler.com/explore/Joystiq/videos/1103/7.724) performed by orchestra wouldn't freakin' rock.

Trouble is it would have to have all the authentic sea/water and monkey noises, otherwise it wouldn't be the same!
Following that it would have to cut into this orchestrated (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMd6vuiVxhU). Apologies for Bass and Ukulele, but I thought it too awesome not to share. For completeness, here is the Main Theme. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynz7-fBwg_g&feature=related)
Edit: Needs some SCUMM Bar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-Q4InepQf4&feature=response_watch) as well as some Elaine's Love Theme (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaE_q99Xm5k&feature=response_watch) for light relief.

I wonder if that version of Lechuck's Theme is what Kohl's ripped off (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOZPwAb-NgQ)...
