Chrono Chross and Chrono Trigger both have awesome music geared towards orchestras, why not add those? Who agrees with me?

It's been suggested hundreds of times now, but that doesn't stop it being true.

Woops, that I didn't know. Oh well, might as well keep reminding.

Props to Martin for doing Time's Scar and the End Theme last night in LA ;) Made me teary-eyed, not gonna lie.

Here's hoping there's some CT on the horizon. I would love to hear the vocal ensemble take a stab at Time Circuits or the Ocean Palace theme... and Schala's theme, by default :D

Just saw the concert in Seattle last night and I gotta say the only disappointment for me was that there wasn't any music from Chrono Cross. This is by far my favorite game soundtrack, and would love to hear a live performance of anything from it. A suite of songs would be even better. Also, I really hope a second album will be coming out soon with this game on it. I would buy the album for that alone.

I believe that previously Martin Leung had a piano Chrono Cross medley (I certainly heard it a couple of times in London), so its entirely possible the segment was played at previous concerts, however with Tommy's aim to get at least 50% new content into each show each time they revisit a city, some segments, understandably, will get dropped from the playlist from one year to the next and its probably this is what happened to the CC segment.

Its entirely possible that this segment might make an appearance on the second VGL compilation CD, we just have to hope that SquareEnix give us the permission to use it!

A piano arrangement would be cool, but I for one would be much more excited about an orchestral performance. An obvious choice would be Time's Scar, but CC has many other very memorable tunes that I'd give anything to hear performed live, or even recorded by an orchestra. Personal favorites would be Star Stealing Girl and Between Life and Death. And, of course, Reminiscing (which would be amazing with a full orchestral backing to the piano solo).

Yes! There is a lot of musics in Chrono Cross that could be performed by orchestra.

I vote for Time's Scar (of course), Orphan of Flame and (I'm not sure about the name) Radical Dreamers - Without Taking the Jewel.

Good news, kleber.

A full orchestral combined Chrono Trigger/Cross segment has been in VGL's lineup for a few months now. They play an edited version of the background music medley on the recent promotional Chrono Trigger Orchestra Version CD, and finish up with Cross's 'Time's Scar'.

At the Edmonton show they did a Chrono Cross/Trigger medley as an encore and Tommy said it was the first time they played it, so it is in the lineup.

Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger music would be my dream. I was hoping I would get to hear the medley from Martin last year at Louisville but to no avail. However he did play the Mario medley which was awesome. Although its probally hard to fit all the good music out there into one show.

Yeah, with 50+ segments in their line-up and only a 20 segment slot to play, you can imagine a heck of a lot of music doesn't get played! Throw into consideration the fact that at least 8 of those segments are always played at every show, you'd have to go at least 4 times to get all the music, and even then you probably wouldn't have heard all of it due to the fact they're constantly introducing new segments!

Great stuff all round though!

I just hope Tommy heard what I said (half in jest) and premieres Megaman at the Cincy show. :p
