Indeed it is. But the dates listing has it as "Soule" rather than the correct spelling.

Apparent, someone set autocorrect to properly spell the last name of Jeremy Soule, composer of Morrowind and Oblivion (among other projects), and forgot to turn it off for South Korea's capital.

Either that, or they renamed the city in his honor. It is gaming central, after all... :D
