Vitoria is a 1 million people city which has been growing a lot lately
Not as huge as the other cities, but it has some interesting factors:
- High percent of young population
- Taiko and japanese choir groups.
- Music course on its university
- Not so far from the biggest cities
Sure I dont know about the technical aspect of it (expenses, profit, local, etc), which is what truly matters in th end. But we videogame, anime and rock fans will be here hoping

Belo Horizonte: 524 km
Rio de Janeiro: 521 km
Sao Paulo: 882 km
