Anyone know where you can purchase Civilization IV OST?

I know it's out there because I've seen the disc cover for it, and It's also downloadable on the net, but I can find anywhere where you can purchase it. I've tried Amazon "both UK & US", PLAY, eBay "both UK & US" & Google Shopping but found absolutely nothing.

Any ideas anyone?

Considering that it was a promo disc, I doubt you could buy it from anywhere except from secondhand places. I also thought that the soundtrack (at least, the music tracks) was available off the game?
