What are some of the most strangest glitches you have seen or expereniced yourself?

In Red Dead Redemption there's a side mission which you have to either kill or capture the escaped prisoners; I always rope them in to earn more money. In Mexico I roped a person, but for some reason she wasn't moving. When I picked her up to put her on the horse she was still lying on the ground, but John acted like he was holding something, but there was nothing there! "I think" I tried putting the nothing on the horse, but it wouldn't work so I walked to the policeman, but then I couldn't but nothing down. Afterwards, I went back to the motionless body and I was able to lay nothing down on top of it. Then I untied the body AND SHE CAME BACK TO LIFE!?!?

Glitches are usually strange, lol. Well not strange, actually mathematical / coding phenomena that where not predicted or taken in consideration when coding. I find them sometimes wonders of logic, as sometimes they occur with very specific variable values and have very cool effects.

Pokémon had some weird ones, glitch creatures that made 120 copies of your third item, for example xD Or entire glitch towns.

Then there was one in Portal, where you could use a portal to exit the scenary (and fall endlessly into the dark oblivion).

Hahaha, Missingno and friends are awesome! I was so startled and freaked out the first time I found it, considering some people told me wrong ways to find it and I eventually thought it was fake altogether. Then one of my friends told me the right way to find it so I tried it. I was playing the game on the Pokemon Stadium GB player, and when I found Missingno (or whatever form it was) the border that Stadium adds around the game said "saving..." like it usually does when you save it. Needless to say, I believed people after that. Then once I got over my initial fear of it I used it to duplicate all of my TMs so I could store them in Stadium :D

Plus, the Hall of Fame becomes hilarious after you encounter Missingno!

Other than that, once in awhile when playing DK64 I went through a wall or something the wrong way and ended up in a really brightly colored void of some sort. And then there's always the fun Fierce Deity's mask glitch in Majora's Mask, in which you roll through a tiny space on the edge of the door to Sakon's hideout and use the Link/Kafei switch to replace the mask Link is wearing with the FD mask, which is normally unavailable outside of boss battles. Just don't talk to anybody who changes their reactions based on Link's forms, or the game will sort of freeze.

My cousin was playing inFamous recently and while running on the roof of a building he suddenly fell through it and into this black space where he could see everything outside of the building but could not move. The worst part is that the bad guys could still shoot him!

This. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhXarjJPBMg)

Apparently it happens to a lot of people, but it didn't happened to me probably because I play it on the PC. I noticed that whoever got this Easter Egg was playing on the 360.

That's common. Simillar thing happened to me in Assassin's Creed 2, whre I fell from a roof throug a wall in Florence, and got trapped in water under the buildings.

In Oblivion (360), I encountered the newspaper lady on the black horse riding in one spot, in the ground.

There was a semi-well known glitch in Halo 2 on Burial Mounds. If you drove the Spectre up the cliff at the attacker's spawn area (the Spectre could drive up inclines of up to approximately 80 degrees), you could land on top of the cliff where there was a few boulders and an invisible barrier. You could then climb on top of the tallest rock, stand on the very tip of the corner, and if you had a rocket launcher and looked at the corner where the barrier, ground, and edge of the map intersected, you could walk straight forward to that corner and press yourself through the barrier.

Like I said, most people knew that you could do this, but nobody that I know of knew what exactly allowed it to happen. What I found out myself was that when you stood on top of that rock and looked at that corner, it caused a hole in the barrier to form that took on the properties of the impact of the projectile from your weapon. That's why people needed to use the rocket launcher to get through, because the rocket's explosion was big enough for a player to pass through if they sqeezed tight enough. What I found, though, was that this property of the barrier could be exploited even further in Assault. If you're playing on a variant of Assualt that has a Spectre, you could take the bomb, have someone drive you up the cliff, and then get on the rock. Once there, a hole opens up in the barrier that's the same size as the bomb's explosion (which, if you recall, is massive). The hole is big enough that you and your team could simply jump through as if the barrier was never there. This was especially useful considering the fact that there was yet another ever-present hole in the barrier conveniently located directly above the enemy base.

Now, obviously, getting outside barriers is a common feat in Halo 2, but the fact that that barrier behaved that way was very bizarre.

I also forgot about one of the stupider things that happened to me while playing Battle for Middle-Earth 2. I was playing on campaign mode (Dol Guldur, I think) and there was one stupid troll that I "killed" except for the fact that no matter how many times I hit it, it was always left with a sliver of HP. I tried saving my progress in the level, exiting, and restarting to see if the glitch would go away but it didn't work. The troll was being really annoying so I eventually had to restart the whole level.

That's strange, that never happened to me when I played it.

In speaking of going out of bounds I've done this glitch from Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMzrGLszntg) What's strange is when you go back to land the Chao will be underground, but they act like they're swiming or drowning.
