I'm not 100% sure on this or if this would relate to your problem, but most things that involve video games tend to be closer the coast than opposed to the Heartland of America if you will.... which is rather unfair.

If you're talking about what I said, it doesn't relate. But I do feel your pain. The thing is, how many large development studios are in the central U.S.?

Actually, it's only a few hours away from me, but I doubt I'll be going. I also just realized it's the same weekend as I-CON, and I'm still not sure if I'll be attending that.
