Putting the food, parades, and football or I should say "American football" aside What is it about video games that you are thankful for?

I am thankful for the happy moments it has given me as I play with my friends and family.


-Note: I'm aware that people around the world celebrate their Thanksgivings on different dates, but I couldn't stop myself from asking this question.-

I'll post another thankful though for the heck of it, but mainly to bump it back up...

I am thankful of how video games has created a culture that has brought people around the world together.

I guess I'm "thankful" for the infinite hours of escapism that games have given me.

I'm thankful that some of the gaming companies I grew up with - Capcom, Konami and Nintendo are still putting out a lot of great games that I can enjoy 20 years later. :D
