Either a medley or at least Nebulous from Jet Moto2(the heaven and hell stage).
Also after browsing around a bit noticed that nobody listed Battletoads.
Oh and an easy one for Tommy. Cool Spot...can't even say how many hours I put into that game mainly the audio, gameplay was a close 2nd.
