The reason why I started playing the Star Ocean series was because of the game score. I think It'd be a smart choice.

the music in this game was so damn nice ,i too am a huge fan of the star ocean music , im surprised no more people than this replied to this thread ... venerable forest , renas theme are amongt my favs anyhow hope when they get in montreal next time i can get in and get some star ocean love ! :p

Star Ocean: The Second Story is one of my favorite RPGs, definitely, but I dunno if VGL would do it, it doesn't seem... iconic enough as a video game, ya know?

But hey, ya never know WHAT might happen, so I wouldn't *totally* count something like that out.
