What I personally would like to see are some of the music from Jade Empire, Ninja Gaiden and most of all the Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War games. "Blood Ravens Approach", the Imperial Guard theme are all awesome and something I think many gamers would love to hear performed by an orchestra.
